Has anyone ever had dealings with Magic Pro Shop? I ordered a dvd from them and it was faulty so I'v sent them 3 emails all requesting a replacement. They havent replied and its been a month. It was a Coats and Byrd one. I tried looking for their website to ask them, but haven't had any success

I haven't dealt with them. I have heard that there have been problems before. There is a phone number (in the US) on their website, but you may be lucky if you get an answer from that.

quick delivery, 3 faulty DVD's, no reply to my email.

the guys name was Peter Whitman, brilliant sales service, but the after service, well.. only tried them once with no reply

That's the shop I usually buy from. I never had a problem with them. He ships quickly and I never got a faulty item. My only issue with him is that he loses stock of many great books/dvds quite often.
