Interesting Card to ...... effects

Postby Lady of Mystery » Aug 2nd, '07, 15:05

Well we've all seen the usual, card to bottle, card to wallet etc type effect.

I was wondering if people have got any original and interesting card to ... type effects that they'd like to share.

Me, I've got quite a cheeky and fun card to garter effect (Mandrake, please don't try this one).

I have one I used to do all the time (and I think I may have shared it here) which is the revelation taking place by the signed selection appearing stapled to my boxer shorts.

And a card to lemon (on here too, search 'a lemon entry')

I used to do card to shoe using JB magic shoe't gimmick. Great fun and good value. I still use it sometimes.

Hmm. card to bra using Jennifer Love Hewitt as an asistant sounds nice

I did a party a fortnight ago where the "Happy Birthday" card I produced using Lawrence's Oracle Deck ended up first in the birthday girl's bra then her knickers "for safekeeping". Nothing to do with the effect, though. It was that kind of party! Mind you, I got a nice thank you snog too! :D

anyway... I have used a "card to orange" once or twice. Nothing quite as interesting as some of the above suggestions though...

Card to ice cube.

I'm also working on an idea I had for a signed card to sealed deck of cards, with the celophane still on.

The card to sealed deck idea sounds very interesting. I'd buy it if I could afford it. As for some of these other suggestions, I'm shocked at what you guys come up with...and I love it. Funny stuff.

That seems pretty easy. Just vanish the card, open the new deck and point to their card. :D

I usually do a card to baseball hat on specs had. I get it tucked neatly behind that inside flap. It gets some great reactions! :D

Card to top of the deck?

Or if I am feeling daring...card to bottom of the deck...

But on those days when I have had to much to drink...and am feeling vastly overconfident...wait for it...

*drum roll*

card to mouth

now don't even say that you can even compete with that!

I've even been thinking about trying...*gulp*...card to pocket ( :!: :!: :!: ).....then realised that that would just be suicide!

;)

Love
