Ok lol. Thinking about it though, and this is just theory. Do you need a different "part" to perform it instantly again. an hour after.....yes probably... but instantly, what about this. after completing the trick (once all the screaming has dies down) pull out a duplicate * card from your pocket/wallett (an extra climax) even if it is a lesser one.
Then have another card selected, signed and "lost" in the deck. Pick the *card back up (which could have been examined if so desired) perform a topchange. insert and your set to go again.
It would be hard for a spectator to piece together that the * card was an integeral part of the trick in this instance, all the heat should be on the signed card.
Of course if you do it a week later bells may start ringing
I know this isnt ideal for your needs but its something lol. Failing that why not approach a dealer to ask Masuda. I am sure if they think there would be a demand they would produce spares.
