Has anyone found a new suppllier for forks now that wilkos have changed theirs. I've been looking around and had no luck finding any.

Someone said recently that Tesco's were good for the LM routine

Tried them, they seem to be a bit stiff. Also tried 2 types from wilkos 1 type from woolworths, 1 type from Asda, and 2 types from the £1 shop so if anyone wants some forks I have lots!!!

i dunno where they get 'em, but lots of those small italian cafe/sarnie shops have the perfect spoons...i guiltily knicked one once, and left a larger tip to cover it..

but i asked another month, and they gave me a little batch, even two knickerbockerglory ones...so i reckon, go to a local cafe, try them out, and them just ask whose their supplier...

I have used the tescos ones in the past and yes they are a bit on the stiff side although if you practice with them and build up some hand strength it can be done relatively easily. Only the corksrew is difficult but as the forks are more solid you can be seen by the spec to be putting more effort into the straightening out of the fork without suspicion.

Saying that though it is a pity wilkinsons have changed supplier as I used them alot......bu**er

I use my local independent DIY/hardware type shop. It's one of those rare shops that stocks everything from buckets to greeting cards to lollipops. Their forks are just right.

You can also buy forks by the dozen from your local restaurant/pub supplier. They're people who supply pubs and restaurants with glasses, towels, bleach, and of course cutlery. They will have some cheap ones that are perfect for your PK abilities! And they'll probably only be around a few quid for a dozen. Look in yellow pages under bar supplies or similar.

Went to woolworths today and found these. they are good to use, and cost 88p

Our local Poundland do 2 types of spoons but havent seen forks there. One type are 4 spoons in a box, they are quite solid but can be bent (difficult to make a twist in though). The others are 6 in a bag with a header card (like the woolworths ones) They have a pretty design around the handle and are much more pliable. They say stainless steel on the back too

LM Routine?

I dont currently do any bending - but does banacheck over all bases on this? I have his dvd but only 3/4 bends are covered.

The LM routine is Liquid metal.

It is a 2 fork metal bending routine by Morgan Strelber (sp?).

I own both the psychokenetic silverware dvd and the liquid metal one and would say that it is worth getting both even though most of the material is on both.
I personally started off with liquid metal and then got the banachek dvd and incorporated what I learnt into it and have ended up with a hybrid of the two
