Whilst your objection may be understandable, the point is that your problem was not with Fabrice therefore needs to be in a separate and relevant thread which you did on August 3rd at http://www.talkmagic.co.uk/sutra193148. ... ht=#193148 but which, as advised to you very clearly in a PM, went well out of hand (as opposed to just 'drifting off topic') while you were away from TM and was moved out of sight, not deleted as you claim. In any event as you advised me that you wished you'd seen the posts, thus confirming you hadn't actually seen them, how can you judge them?

As for being referred to as 'Big Brother', please bear in mind that this is the same 'Big Brother' who has exchanged a lot of PMs with you and the supplier over several months and has tried to be as helpful as possible even though, as you have acknowledged several times, it's not something which is TM's or my responsibility.

Being referred to in such a manner is, quite frankly, upsetting and disappointing. Obviously my help is only appreciated for a very short time - frankly I wish I'd never bothered now and certainly will offer no further help in this or any other respect.

I can now add that the situation referred to in the deleted post of 25th July and again above has been resolved. That topic is now closed.

back to the original topic. anyone know why Alakazam do not stock the products any more? i thought they used to or have i imagined it?

I don't think Alakazam actually stocked Fabrice products, but used to have a list of Fabrice items. The link to that list has indeed gone.

Finally got it! And a clipboard which was sent back to him because of it not working has also been sent back but he seems to have forgotten to send the pen with it!

Hopefully this will be with us soon.

It annoys me that there has been no apology, just excuses.

My advice to anyone dealing with suppliers who are far away? Only pay by credit card, get a definate delivery date when ordering and if it does not turn up by then CANCEL YOUR PAYMENT THRU THE CARD.

Hopefully this will upset them enough to make them start looking after valued customers!
