I have recently picked up a small tub of Michael Ammar's Magic Wax.
I have to say it is the only magic wax I have used so my experience is limited, however, this wax is basically undetectible when applied. It is translucent in the container and very hard to see when on the thumbnail waiting to be applied.
Also I would like to say that a little bit, very little, goes a long way. The jar I have will probably last me for years,
.
One thing that is worth mentioning is that you need to make sure your hands are clean when using the wax. If they are dirty at all then it will come off your hands and stick to the wax, making it easier to detect.
