David blaines ambitious card routine

Postby TheOldForum » May 15th, '01, 03:20

amazing sleight of hand using various sleights [edited by moderators 8/10/2003] creates the great illusion of a card popping right back to the top of the deck

Not to forget all the other moves and possible endings to the trick.
Try getting Daryl's ambitious card routine on video.
It teaches all the moves in detail and several alternative finishes.

Also look up David Regals "Anywhere" similar to the Ambitious routine but the card appears "Top, Middle and Bottom, each time apparently placing the card on the table.
The kicker ending is that when all the cards placed down are turned over they prove to be the entire suit of hearts in deck order, and then the rest of the deck is shown to be in deck order too except for the selected card which was in your back pocket all the time !!!

Could you or anyone else tells me where to find David Regals "Anywhere". This sounds great.
Thanks

It is available on volume 1 of his video/dvd set called "The MAgic of David Regal".
He is a very funny magician (maybe a bit "goofy")

There are a zillion tricks on the complete set
ask Abrakazam (he doesn't list them)
or email me tjbrooks@lineone.net
PS
sorry the trick is actualy called "Everywhere"

i have been using the blaine style finish for my ambitious card routine and it is an absolute jaw-dropper to lay-people.

The ambitious card is my fave effect because it looks semmingly impossible. Paracticing the d***le L**t is neccessary to achieve a autstanding effect.

The ambitious card routine is an amazing trick, and im still trying to figure out how to do it, i've seen many variations of it..but the one from brad christian, creator of ellusionist.com is amazing..i've watched that video at least 50 times and can't figure it out..

The Pass (several methods)
D***le L**t (several methods)
Brau secret add on
Tilt move
Plus a few unnamed sleights
Et viola, you can learn it all in a few short years or you can buy Daryl's video and be doing it smoothly in a few months (intensive practice required).
