Hey guys. Right, chances are I might finally be able to make this meeting which would be superb. I'd love to meet some fellow magicians and doing some filming would be awesome. However I've got a favour to ask... I'm up in Kendal in the Lake District and I don't drive; and, although I could hitch-hike/get the train all the way down, I'd rather not have to pay the extortianate public transport fees and hitching won't exactly allow me to turn up at a specific time. What I was wondering was is anyone else driving from the north of Leeds that I could sort of meet en route and blag a lift the rest of the way there? If anyone's going in that direction, it'd be great to scrounge a lift off them. Please let me know if it's a possibilty otherwise I may not be able to come (again... :cry:

Well, since im not old enough to drive I cant help you out there I'm afraid, all I wanted to say was I was in Kendal the other week on a school trip - OK a couple of months ago, still, to see the quaker tapestry. Still nice place.

Transport fees arent that bad are they? Train wouldn't be that extortionate would it?

I have a video camera. Ill bring mine just in case.. Someone will have to fork out for a tape though as Im broke..

I wont be drinking either for the same reason.

i should be there on sunday, 11am at spoons i take it? (waits for beard to post that in innuendo thread). my video camera is now techically an antique but i'll get it charged up anyway, very curious to know what's on the tape that's in it, good be quite fun to find out!
