Black Hart is excellent. I ordered three items a few weeks ago, the acknowledging e-mail said one item was out of stock, they explained why it was out of stock, and said it was due in about a week. The rest had been sent anyway rather than hold them back. When the first shipment arrived there was a free effect as 'compensation' and it was a rather superb one at that! The balance of the order was despatched in under the expected week.

the problem with that is, if Im looking around for a product, and its not in a certain place, Ill figure, okay they dont have it, Ill try someplace else. Its good service but it just doesnt seem to do them any good

Update, still no replacment for my goods so I demanded my money back, over 3 weeks I think it's the least they can do, Pity we can't name and shame on here.

Problem is now is what to spend my £100 one
