I went barn dancing this evening...was fun

But before I did the dancing, I was in a park. We decided to go on the swings, and see who could jump the furthest...

I won...

I went flying...

Maybe some dancing in the style of Tom Jones at his peak will strengthen them.

I also tried Line Dancing but kept tripping over the clothes pegs....

I had to go to hospital because of swings once. I was in the park when I was about 13 with a group of friends when a group of boys decided they'd try to impress us by swinging high (very impressive, I know). One of them managed to kick me straight in the face and knock me out cold.

I've got to learn to salsa now. unfortunatly evertime i go to do a step my leg wants to make a kind of liquid movement and i get shouted at for not doing salsa right. so i've got to undo all this liquid training so i can do salsa. either that or create liquid salsa.

I can't dance worth c*** (not the best)!
