Welcome back mate. Glad to hear you had a good time. Can you still make it to the Leeds meet this sunday? With your video recorder?

All the best,
Croz

I just love all inclusive breaks.

The only problem is, my liver doesn't feel the same way.

All inclusive is indeed the best.

The only thing Im not keen on is when they include only locally produced drinks which would be ok if they wasnt so damn sweet!!

They pour you triple measures which would be great if it was anything along the lines of JD, JB, archers or malibu.. but when its Unles Rons Rum and its 95% sugar, its quite sickening.

So you have to test your way through 20 sickly concoctions to find the 2 you can stomach.. or just stick to beer 8)

The foods great aswell.. the only all inclusive option that never seems to get used is the gym

The "pull" from the ring isn't as strong as I'd imagined it to be. It's very subtle. I'm taking time to get used to the gentle messages that my finger receives before introducing it 100% into my routines. I do like it though, and can see a point in the near future when it will be a staple part of my routines. I also like the opening routine you suggested using two people. I really do think that that's the way I will use it - only introducing the ring into the equation after the heat is off (if you know what I mean).

£50 well spent - a quality item.

yeh the ring needs to be loose to get the desired pull. I opted for a G2 ring as I found the pull from this better.

The opening routine certainly enhances the effect I feel. Im quite proud of myself for that 8) :D

Glad you like it.
