REVIEW REQUEST FOR: Chinatown Half coin set

Postby dynamiteassasin » Sep 23rd, '07, 03:20

I would like to request a review for the Chinatown Half effect. I saw the description of the effect of this coin set and got intrigued.
Here are some of the things I would like to know:

1.) Is the effect suitable for walkaround magic (no table required)?
2.) Are the angles on performing this effect friendly to the performer?
3.) Is the coin set versatile like and expanded shell where I could use it in a variety of effects?
4.) Is the Chinatown Half effect strong to the spectator's point of view?
5.) Are the coins examinable at the end?
6.) Is the Chinatown Half set worth the purchase?

Thanks for those who will reply. I've been considering this item for a long time.

1.) Is the effect suitable for walkaround magic (no table required)? yes
2.) Are the angles on performing this effect friendly to the performer? yes
3.) Is the coin set versatile like and expanded shell where I could use it in a variety of effects? not realy see link below
4.) Is the Chinatown Half effect strong to the spectator's point of view?
5.) Are the coins examinable at the end? absolutely
6.) Is the Chinatown Half set worth the purchase? about the same as a scotch and soda set.
http://www.murphysmagic.com/Scotch-And-Soda-Dime-And-Penny-ChinaTown-Half-World-Greatest-Magic-DVD check this out for some extra help, dosnt actualy show china set but prety much what you can do with a scotch set you can do with a chinatown half set, basicly a variation on the coper / silver set.

thats a bargin, go for it you know you want to.
think being able to show a chineese coin in your hand with a hole through it and by meerly closing and reopening your hand it has swapped places with a half dolar, the chinese coin now being in your wallet that you openly placed on the table before you started, now if thats not audience punch and worth £10 + p&p i don't know what is, and all without any slieght of hand either.
