noob in teh building...

hey people just letting you know i am in fact a noob..
i have been doing magic about 5 days lmao...
im alrite and a fast learner and can perform 'stuck!' (pretty easy ill admit but very effective and i love it)
and some simple card tricks etc....
i seem to prefer coin magic for sum reason because borrowing a coin which is an everyday object has a greater effect on most people whereas u cant really go up to someone and borrow a deck of cards at school.. and people seem to think u always have fixed cards etc...
anyway thats it..
im up for learning new tricks and this is just a hobby so im not going to take it, or myself, too seriously..
thanks again
.... xD

Welcome to TM, a great place to start learning is with Mark Wilson's Complete Course. A very good book that'll teach you the basics of lots of different areas of magic.

Try and get The Royal Road To Card Magic it is probably the best book on cards you can get...
And for overall magic get The Complete Course in magic by mark wilson
