I am trying to find the name and, if possible, sale of a trick I've seen recently. The performer pours a handful of colorful candy into his hand (Skittles or M&Ms, perhaps). At this point there are two presentations, so I'll ask for the simpler one. The magician picks up one candy of one color and eats it. "You know," the performer says, "I've always loved the ___ candy." Then the performer points to the remaining handful. "But I really don't care for any of the rest of these." Then the magician makes a fist, and when he opens his fist, all the candies are the same color as the candy he ate moments ago.

If you know the name of this effect and where I might purchase it, I'd be so happy.
