Hey there everybody, I just stumbled across this site and thought it would be a good place to get some tips and maybe pick up some new effects. I'm just getting into illusions recently, and performed my first one last week, which went over quite well :D

I'm looking forward to learning from all of you and hearing your stories

I know it's a bit cheesy, but I did the Disappearing Saltshaker. They all really got a kick out of it though and it set the tone for the rest of the meal, so I was pretty popular that night haha

Nothing wrong with being cheesy, all that matters is that it worked and the audience enjoyed it - well done!

Excellent...I totally agree with Madrake. I personally enjoy the disappearing salt shaker. I learned it from a Michael Close video. What source did you use? Regardless, congrats on a successful performance.
