Review Request: Stop Smoking Mentalism

Postby .:Ham:. » Oct 20th, '07, 23:16

Hey,

I'm wondering if anyone owns this. If so, could you write a quick review? You know, angles, why you like it/not, gimmicks, easiness, stuff like that. Anything would be deeply appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

Hi Ham.

I looked into this a while ago. Apparently it has some really good thinking for the routine but I was put off by what I believe is the use of a somewhat dodgy chemical, so didn't get it. Hopefully someone who does have it can clear this up.

Alternatively, I found a different stop smoking effect on Vol. 2 of "Between 2 Minds" by Guy Bavli & Haim Goldenberg which is very simple and very effective...

Jon.

This is an excellent manual on routining, scripting, and guiding a participant. There are suggestions for dong this without the dodgy chemicals. The book is definitely worth getting for the serious mentalist.

How are those non-dodgy chemical methods compared to the regular one?

They will take a bit of practice and are hard to find if in the UK, but not impossible....
