The Effect http://www.loonybin.co.uk/21080/info.php?p=1&pno=0

MY VERY FIRST TRICK. (Stephen Tucker)

A comedy card trick with jumbo cards. Four cards are shown, and they appear to be all the same. As they are counted, one of the cards mysteriously becomes face down in the packet. They are counted again, and now there are two cards face down. This goes on until all the cards are now face down. When the packet is turned over, to everyones amazement, all four cards are now totally different, with a different picture on each one. Can be performed for children or adults.

Price: £10.00

Difficulty 3
(1=easy to do, 2=No sleights, but not so easy, 3=Some sleights used,
4=Advanced sleights used, 5=Suitable for experienced magicians only)

Review
not too keen on this one for the price the quality isnt great but serviceable.

Overall
okey dokey you will need to know the elmsley count for this one and it is not exsplained at all except for a brief description of what an elmsley is.
the cards are servicable but a bit flimsy, they are brightly coloured and have basic animal pictures on them.
this is definately one for the scanner and laminater if only to make all the cards the same   .

Thje price sounds fair enough for gimmicked jumbo cards - shame the quality isn't that great though.

Just out of interest how easy is it to elmsley with the jumbos?

I've got four grey elephants. 1, 2, 3, 4 - but if I give them a little shake, one turn inside out and is now a pink elephant, 1, 2, 3..

It has potential..

tee hee...

Actually, EC with big cards is easier than with small cards. (except a deep-hand EC, which, unless you have mitts like satellite dishes, is a bit difficult)

The upshot of any trick with Jumbo cards is usually that they are going to need a bit of TLC to make them hardwearing, as pointed out by MagicDiscoMan...

A trip to Staples may help ;)
