Yeah he's apparently so confident of his classic force that he's used it on live telly for stuff that had to be sure-fire. Mind you this is from a guy that used to practice sleeving by holding a valuable coin over the side of a cruise ship. I bet that focuses you a bit.

At the Ipswich Magical Society convention last year Paul Daniels showed us how he accomplishes his Classic Force, and, at the risk of sounding big headed, it's worked every time I've tried it since. He demonstrated it by laying on his back, his head hanging off the front of the stage, so we could see the aerial view of what was going on.

I think just seeing it in action and knowing when it probably won't work are the two key issues.

A fairly grumpy man, but an extremely talented one.
