A wicked site that. A job well done young man!

I did notice a couple of grammatical errors and a couple capital letters missing on town names and people's names. The link labelled -The Show's- should really be -The Shows- without the apostrophe...

It might sound real picky but just small improvements and attention to detail like that throughout would make it look like a professional, paid for, site.

I'm a real stickler (is that a new word?) for detail and polishing like that.

The colourscheme and layout is superb. Very easy to navigate and very pleasant on the eye.

Nice one. :D

Cool, I would make one suggestion though; resize the picture with a graphics package. That way it will look clearer and load quicker.

Nice one, but i assume it was made by a website creator/template rather than knucling down to good old HTML, yet is a very nice site (welldone). I make sites (with HTML, javascript, dhtml, swish, flash etc.. NO FRONTPAGE, TEMPLATES etc..)
for a small fee and details can be found on my very own site http://www.panthersoft.tk
This is a freely hosted website, resulting in a banner at the top of the page. If you do not want a banner register a domain (another small fee!).

Anyways.. :D

yeah exactly what tom said.

also to much contact me pleeeessseee, have a contacts page which you do and leave it at that your site comes across as a desperate plea for work.
you need to give the impression that you are your sucsessfull but if they want to get in the que you will see them in turn, you have a major name as backing so use it, embellish a lot everyone else does.

check out other peoples sites and take what fits your style idea wise, more pics of you doing tricks against nuetral bagrounds and any audience related photos at gigs you can get a signed release for.

get a friend to take pics with a digital camera and have a photo galery page, assumeing your site host will give you the space. :D

LOL

Sorry, mate, but on my machine, your 'good hold HTML' intro page seems so complicated by flash my machine won't display it!!!

Boywonder—as a professional web designer, I can say that your site is MORE than adequate. It's fresh, clean, and allows users with no knowledge of html to get themselves on the net. There's nothing wrong with using templates or self-build applications. And being fair, it kicks the teeth out of overcomplicated, slow loading java/flash sites. There's a time and place for them :)

I've been coding HTML since 1992, and designing websites since then, and the biggest criticism we have at our agency is that people don't see the real reasoning behind a promotional website—which is the provision of information to the public. If it's overcomplex, flashy or too 'in your face', it's lost its purpose. Yours is none of these—it fits the bill! Well done!

My only criticism, as pointed out above, is the physical pixel dimensions of your images, which cause slow download. I am emailing you re-sized versions to rectify this.

And if you want your own hosting, I'll do it as a birthday pressie for you, with your own domain. (www.magicmark.co.uk for example).

Let me know, mate.

I also made www.chill18.tk (dont worry no 18 over content, just makes it sound kool, i made this for a friend.)http://www.chill18.tk

Seige do you do vb aswell? Coz i do.. just wondering.. :D

ps. I wasnt trying to say your site wasnt good! It is good! :D

Oh and "magic mark" at the bottom of the site it says:

Dude, what site? of mine? I don't have a website live?

And VB? Yeah, used to, when it was useable. Now I just concentrate on perl, unix, java, .net, c++ and mySql.

Oh, and no frames :) They've been out of the equation since about 2002, when they became hellish to search engines.

Chill out, man... I was not having a dig... :)

Just saying that Mark's site looks nicer than the Panther.tk site, even though it's a template created one. It's colourful, bright... and serves its purpose.

Panther, You've turned this into a little playground thing.

Did you know, too little knowledge is a dangerous thing?

I admire that you've got a site up and running, especially at the tender age of eleven. Not bad.

But boywonder chooses to use the sitebuilder approach cos at your age, he was out chasing girls and performing magic on stage.

His site works, and works well. It doesn't need anymore, because the content, i.e. the venerable "Magic Mark' info is FAR more important.

Chill, man—this ain't a competition!
