My advice would be DO NOT DO ANY MENTALISM, MAGIC OR TRICKERY at job interviews!
If it doesn't work then for the sake of a trick you will have blown the WHOLE interview. You may also get someone on the board who isn't into that sort of thing and it could have the reverse effect.
If you're good at the job that they are recruiting you for then let your professional achievements to the talking and it's that which they will remember your name for.
If they ask you about your hobbies, life outside of work etc. then sure, tell them a little bit about what you do but just talk.
