Does the United States Playing Card Company make the gimmicked decks? I know they can, but do they?

To be honest it shouldn't be too difficult to find out who makes gimmicked decks if you goo out and have a look. Try search engines and the like.

www.hobbytron.com (US) has some good Bicycle decks. I bought a stripper (tapered) deck from them. You might want to check them out...

Murphy's Magic Supply makes a large assortment of gimmicked decks in the US. They only sell in bulk to retailers, though.
