Why do guys thing that lines like that have got any chance of working? Trust me, a nice conversation as got much more chance than comming out with 'I bet you've got nice feet'.
When I was younger (about 10) our primary school would go for the weekend to Glan-Llyn youth hostel/adventure center with the Urdd (basically cos we're Welsh and were members of the Urdd). Anyway, thinking that we were all hard, we start talking chat-up lines, and one of my mates dared someone to use the line "nice.... but it'd look better on my bedroom floor (replacing ... with the item of their choice). Anyway, one girl comes down the corridor eating an apple... so what does he say?
"Hey baby, nice apple, but it'd look better on my bedroom floor"
Needless to say she was pretty damn scared. Oh the good old days.....
