I've always had a rule, for me anyway.

If you want to meet new people don't use magic. Not on your first few meetings anyway otherwise you'll turn into an entertainer instead of a friend or whatever. But when you've known them for a bit, yeah bring in the magic

Why don't you just hypnotise her and make her believe you floated around the room, plucked bottles of champagne from thin air, took her on a trip to the moon and had oversized gentalia?

Failing that, you could always do a sponge ball routine and start with "Most 'men' have two balls, but I have three!".
You could also be a real tease and end the routine by producing some sponge genitals accompanied by a cheeky wink. Works for me.
