Is there a white backed deck out there?

Postby Beardy » Dec 16th, '07, 13:06

I've had a green back, pink back, black back, purple back, orange back, e.t.c

I fancy some white backs now :)

Is there a white backed deck of cards out there? Similar to my green deck - as in, everything is like a normal deck of cards - no darker or lighter faces, just a different colour back.

I'm after a white backed deck - but either I am being blind, or they don't exist.

Cheers guys!

Love

Chris

I've never heard of a white-backed deck, other than blank-backed ones.

You have probably thought of this but a ghost deck? I know the face's aren't exactly the same but I'm not aware of a white bike deck. Sorry!

Well I suppose the black backed decks are white backed, if you think about it. It's only the pattern that's black.
Then of course the ghost decks are exactly the same but reversed, ie the pattern is white and the back is black.

When you say white, do you mean blank?
Can you describe exactly what you mean??

I personally love the ghost deck, favourite deck of cards =P

But good luck on finding a white backed deck! I'd like to see one too =D

Write to Magicbox and ask them what the chances are? They've done most of the other colours so it may be worth asking. They may shift a few to wedding magicians

Not sure if 'E' will have copywrighted the white backs as part of the Ghost design though.

At time of writing, there were 20 decks available at £4.50 per deck. P&P £1.50, don't know if they will do a discount on P&P if you buy more than one.

I don't know the seller, nor have I checked feedback, but hope these are what you want.

Wierd, I must have hit quote instead of edit?

Thought I recognised the name. Just checked and I've bought from them twice and had no problems.

You can get blank backed decks from most magic stores. I think he meant something like a ghost deck but with normal faces.

If it means that much to you I can bring along an unopened ghost deck along to the meet and you can have it if you buy a round and drink at least one proper drink (beer, stout, lager)

Can't say fairer than that.

Blank backed Bicycle decks are available from www.magicnevin.com for £3.99 each, with free p&p if you spend over £5. But I don't think he's after blank backers, anyway.

...As I said 'A Proper Drink'.

I will allow you to put a cocktail umbrella and a sparkler in the pint if it makes you feel more at home.
