Just watched the Steve Merchant thing.
It's incredible, but actually mildly annoying too! Aaarggh! indeed!

Derren Brown is such a cool guy.. and he has this brilliant sense of humour too. I met him in Davenports years ago when he popped in with Andy Nyman and they had me in stitches.. I was laughing so hard it was embarassing!
I think his personality dries up a bit when he's in role but you get what a happy and funny chap he is on the extra bits on the DVDs.

He obviously thoroughly enjoys what he is doing with his life.

Personally I'd love to see him get a trick wrong.
