Hello There,

Just thought I'd say a quick hello. I've been interested in Card Magic and such like for years, but have never gotten around to learning much.
All that changed this Christmas when my 5 year old son received a Magic Set from my Mother - He opened the box said thanks, and carried on playing with Scooby Doo. I on the other hand, got immersed in the very cool low tech tricks and such like and now I'm hooked!
I've just ordered 'The Royal Road To Card Magic' (both DVD and book) So all this 'Svengali, Balducci and Gallerian' Stuff is somewhat new to me, but I'm having fun with a ball and a vase at the moment!!!

Welcome to TM

Maybe the bigger present for your kid is a father who in a few years can impress his mates. You will love it when you hear, " dad, do that great card trick for my pals, go on dad.. please......."

my boy is a great motivator for me learning magic.

cheers

Jamie

Hi and welcome to TM  .

QUESTION:
If we can sue McDonalds for making us fat and cigarette companies for giving us cancer; why can't we sue Smirnoff for all the ugly gits we've sh*gged ??

Welcome

It's great playing with the kids toys until they grow up and won't let you anymore

It's not really an optical illusion - it just looks like one!

The DVD and book combination is really really good. Nice to see someone perform it front of you, and then always have the book for reference!

Welcome to TM, you've already impressed me 8)
