anyone got this? i know it'll be fairly basic, but its always nice to see a pro, and a well respected pro at that by all accounts perform...

any good? it's cheap too...

yes abraxus, it is rather good, especially for the eleven quid it cost you...

(sssh dont tell abraxus, but i bought this when he wasnt looking)

a close-up performance around a table with 6 people, cross the line of psuedo science/psychic ability...well, thought reading to be precise...

pretty much all self-working, it touches on pre-show for one effect, i rather enjoyed this, and will tinker around with 3 of the effects for sure to fit it into what i do...can't fault it really for the price...good quality dvd too..

imagine a more lecture style performance from a man who spent 20-odd years as a teacher mixed in with a subtle yet forceful osterlind style delivery...

good old fashioned mentalism...focusing on the story and patter...

Mr Abraxus this seems a nice dvd from what you say. How would it compare to stuff like the Paul Hallis (I think thats his name) dvd. All though I do like the fact you said he has Osterlind style about him.

Well spotted! The black executioner's garb you refer to was created especially for use when banning/editing/locking and deleting - a lot of which has sadly been taking place in recent days. Once the situation returns to normal, my apparel will return to the usual nice ones !

the guy's a teacher by trade, or rather was, and it shows...the teenagers that are his audience look a little "eyes front"...

paul hallas's stuff is excellent...i really liked some of the effects on Ross's dvd - i've personally been caught up on alot of psychological stuff recently, and it made a lovely break to just watch some fairly basic working stuff that gives you masses of leeway to present properly...

for a tenner, you can't go wrong as far as im concerned...runs to a little over an hour...the last 10-15 mins is him talking about mentalism in general...
