Hello everyone I'm Rob.

I'm 19 and have been interested in magic for as long as I can remember and have always played about with the self-working gimmicks and simple slights.

Now I've started university I finally have the time to get really stuck in and I'm working my way through Card College.

I'm really interested in mentalism, NLP and hypnosis, and studying Psychology has really helped with a lot of the theory.

I'm attending Blackpool Magic Convention in February and can't wait!

That's pretty much me, really looking forward to being part of Talkmagic.

Hi and welcome to TM

I used to go to Manchester uni (quite a few years ago  ). Whilst there, I met someone (now one of my best m8s) from Rotherham - and quite recently he did a gig (his band was called "Killing Times") at Manchester uni, somewhere near Oxford Road. Me and a few m8s went to watch him - one of the best nights out I've had in a long time.

Soz for going off at a tangent, but Manchester uni always brings fond memories flooding back  .

QUESTION:
If we can sue McDonalds for making us fat and cigarette companies for giving us cancer; why can't we sue Smirnoff for all the ugly gits we've sh*gged ??

It's not really an optical illusion - it just looks like one!

Welcome to TM, its good to see that the magic bug is still alive and well. Is it hard to do your uni. studies and read Card Colledge too? You must be disciplined in your study habits. A love of magic also helps.
Best
