Not bad, but a few things to keep in mind:

Too much time fiddling before the shapeshifter - the movement is very suspicious and draws way to much attention to itself. Given what you're doing at this moment, you should have absolutely no trouble getting ready. Think of ways to get yourself into position for the move beforehand, economize movement and you'll be more deceptive.

You spread through a few cards on top and say "the deck is face down" - however you don't show nearly enough cards to justify making the statment. Utilize certain elements in advance - ie - showing the deck to be all face down BEFORE going into the routine is enough justification. If the deck is "square" before the routine begins, they have no reason to suspect it. Also, bear in mind that until you SAY the cards are all face down - they automatically think they are - UNTIL you say it. Once you draw attention to the deck, you draw attention to everything. For instance, a smart spectator will remember you slid the third ace into the deck upside down. You didn't justify your reason for putting that ace in face down (a justification you can make during the third ace sequence).

Just bear in mind, until you said the cards were all face down, it was implied. Don't offer the audience a chance to chase you.

Nice work. Keep it up.

I suggest you learn the version from the Session 2007 DVD. I much prefer Robert's new choreography for the effect. Particularly for the first Ace, he utilises an idea where it seems like the Ace actually rises from the bottom to the top. For the second Ace, I recommend learning the T.G. Murphy Deck Flip, since it does make it look a bit better. The third Ace, as Demitri said, try not to fiddle so much. Get your dominant hand (left hand for you?) into position first. For the final Ace, I think Robert's Cloud Change makes this effect happen. His Cloud Change seems to make the deck morph from a face up deck into a face down deck.

Sorry if I sound a bit harsh, but I think they are all points that you should take into consideration. :)
