If it is the one I am thinking of then it is by Gary Oullette and one place where you can order it from is here.

It's not really an optical illusion - it just looks like one!

They just look like very clean Erdnase changes to me although it could be that he's palming as he starts with 4 cards and ends with 3 after the change.

The video editing of the routine makes it purposely difficult to see if there's a ditch, although he's also 'side on' to the audience when he performs and I note that it's the hand that's furthest away that does the change or steal.

When I first saw that effect, I thought it was a gaff deck. So I made my own and I still use it today (the effect is the same).

Actually, the effect doesn't use a gaff DECK :?

I want to ask if someone have the music from the performance of David http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GxWBQ53ax0A. I know is called something like "love theme" and is soundtrack from the Cousins movie.

It is important to note that what DC performed on TV is not Gary Outlett's 'Dream of Aces'. It is infact an adaptation of the effect and is actually called 'Classical Aces' (i.e. the aces vanish instead of changing into other cards) Not even worth Googling it, allmost impossible to find the VHS version.

To answer your question though the colour change is called the 'Piet Forton Pop Up Move'

There are quite a few places where you can find this move but not the entire routine. PM if interested.

Thanks,
