First of all, your comment on the video begging for exposure is pretty embaressing. Second, a few cuts, and a flourish. Not a shuffle. Maybe learn the basics and then it will unfold itself to you.

Calm down mate, why do you react so aggresive? I just asked what it is called, so I maybe could find out how to do it myself. I really dont see the "cuts and flourishes" clearly enough to determine, what he is doing.

Here's a more helpful answer. The false cut I think you're talking about (at 2.53 not 2.35, maybe a typo?) is by, erm, 90% certain it's Vernon. Can't remember the name of it but Greedoniz knows. It's a wonderfully simple but entirely convincing tabled false cut and also happily easy to learn.

It's an Ed Marlo false cut i believe, i learned it from one of Bill Malone's On the loose DVDs, as part of the routine Sam the Bellhop

That's it Marlo, I meant Marlo. I always get him and Vernon mixed up. Definitely Marlo.

.....and I didn't even have to open my mouth.

Yes it is definitely a marlo cut and as said before is taught as part of the sam the bellhop routine on the Bill Malone dvd.
It is my favourite tablefalse cut. It has a great flow to it, is very convincing and very easy to learn (it is really a timing issue more than one of sleights)
