There haven't as yet been any documentaries other than those based on news footage and what has already gone through the courts (public domain information). This is because of the trials that are still going on, as well as the appeal process and to avoid trial by media.
Once this is over I imagine that you can then expect to see some interesting documentaries based around the 'real' evidence and the methods of how this was collected and pieced together by the police and security services.
