You're good w the cards. Coin in the can was better than most I've seen om youtube. Would be better if the coin was signed and you slowed it dowm a little. Good job though.

I liked it.
Better handling than most on Youtube.

The SFX are kinda distracting but I dont think most lay people will notice.

First thing I would do, is cut out the first 23 seconds of the movie clip. Yes - you are very good with cards, but it has absolutely nothing to do with the actual effect you eventually perform. If you label a clip as "Coin & Can", then proceed to show nearly 30 seconds of card manipulations - you lose your viewer.

I agree that the beginning could be slowed down a bit. This effect works so well because you are able to really slow it down and milk it for all it's worth. Your display of the can was quite good - and your handling was great. Just slow it down a bit and you're golden.

Nice work.

Thanks for the advices!

My original idea was to get the coin signed, but as soon we started filming, we forgot to bring along a marker!! XD

And I agree that the first 30 seconds of the video was totally off the record, I wanted to add that as an intro, I guess the intro was a bit too long... :P

Next time I will slow things down! ^^

It would be so nice if the average Youtube performer took the same care over the way they dress, the background scenery, and the choice of incidental music.

Most Youtube performers seem to dress in a manner that makes my everyday casual wear look formal by comparison. When this is the case, it usually takes me within five seconds to close the video.

With a bit of imagination, I feel the background music here is not completely dissimilar to one of my own improvised compositions (on an electronic piano; automatic accompaniment used).
