Anybody else got it? I feel really awful, shivering, shakes, headache, and being sick. Gah! It's awful.

My wife and two kids also have it. They're in bed right now and I'm heading up there now. Plus I have a big gig on Thursday night AND we're all supposed to be going to see Lazy Town Live tomorrow!

Mrs.M. is suffering with it at the moment and local radio news says it's spreading across the West Midlands apparently. Head for the hills folks!!

Yes I had a relapse of that bloody Norovirus thing.
It died down quick enough but, for nearly two weeks afterwards, I was sick every time I did any kind of exercise.
Bit of a pain in the ar**. In several senses.
