Does anyone know where the above are available in the UK ?

World of Magic seems to stock them. (Very first hit on Google, whether or not limited to the UK.)

If items are unavailable there, it's usually because there's a supply problem. I see that some places in the US list them as out of stock too.

If you don't want to order from America, you might have to wait for them to come back in at World of Magic. Then again, I have been waiting for a "temporarily available" item to reappear there for months!

I've posted a link to Stevens Magic for this item several times or else you can touch base with Mier Yedid who has the distribution rights on most of Ray's stuff these days.
