Think I've just accidentally spent my coin unique £1. Was sure I put it in my back pocket away where I normally put my change but all the £1's I have in my pocket aren't it

Not happy

:(

I don't take mine out anymore, but when I used to - I put mine in a plastic money bag (the type that banks usually provide free of charge  ).

If we can sue McDonalds for making us fat and cigarette companies for giving us cancer; why can't we sue Smirnoff for all the ugly gits we've sh*gged ??

If you're wearing jeans, there is a little pocket on the right hand side which is useful for keeping your special coins in.

I think everyone has spent their special coins at some point. you just learn from your mistakes and move on. It is a bummer though, I keep mine in a leather coin wallet now.

Best to keep it in the little bag it comes with to seperate it from the rest of your coins

When I worked at the bank, all the tellers used to hand me the half dollars when customers brought them in. Some were silver so those I exchanged, now I have a stack of silver halves but more importantly I would check them all for gimmicks as I've lost a few myself and every magician I've talked too have also lost a few along the way. I figure they have to be out there somewhere. I've never found one though.

You could intentionally try and spend a bent coin, then when someone questions it just bend it back. Although the start of the trick is technically illegal i think, hmm.
