I wanna switch the entire deck flawlessly. Any ideas?

There are loads of ways to do it, depending on the situation. Have a look in Annemann's 202 Methods of Forcing for a few ideas.

Shawn Farquhar has a great deck switch in his lecture CD Rom which I picked up in Blackpool having seen his Lecture. It takes place after a card has been selected so misdirection is build in for you.

I'd recomend anything by Shawn Farquhar. Okay I'm a little biased as he is a really good friend. But even if he wasn't I'd have to admit his magic and his thinking is amazing. There is a reason he won the IBM's both stage and close up championships making him the first two time world champion of magic. Even more impressive is the reaction he gets from his audiences.

Back in my early days I always switched a deck in my pockets by either bringing out a packet trick or moving onto something different such as a coin or rope effect, or even a packet trick. When going back to needing a deck, I brought out a different deck from the same pocket or sometimes a different pocket.

To be honest, I nearly always use the same methods now for changing decks as I found this method so effective I had to ask why do I need to change my method?

Sure, there are fancy ways to change decks including some utilities but are they really necessary? Surely the simpler the method the better? No one has EVER said to me - you changed the deck etc. and if they did then they're not focused on the magic.

As I sit here I can faintly detect a slight shadowing of my screen. I look up and see something, a spec (as in a dark dot, not a misplaced volunteer) in the sky that's quite rapidly getting bigger.

What is it....I can't quite make it out.....that smell is unpleasantly familiar....ah yes, now I see, crikey that's a lot, that must have taken several cows.

I'm going over there, I wouldn't like to be here when it lands.

CraftyTricker, those two posts above are a polite way of advising that you don't download any DVDs at all. You actually go out and buy them or arrange to buy them on line like we all do. Any suggestion of freely downloading stuff which is copyright and meant to be paid for will meet with an awful lot of justified flak and criticism.

As we've covered this same ground so many times before, we'll end the discusion here to avoid any further problems.
