Hi Andy,

one of the most famous is Davenports. Its by Charing Cross station, underneath the arches.

Have fun. I envy you (my wallet doesnt).

Don't know if this is too late, but the other main one in London is the International Magic Studio, on the Clerkenwell Road, near the top end of Leather Lane.

I'd second that, International Magic is great. They have a great selection of books and Jerry Sadowitz is often in there.

They have a website at www.internationalmagic.com and directions to them are on there.

Yup International is great, shame they changed from the studio into more of a shop though. I used to spend most of my weekends in the studio just hanging out you can't really do that in their current set up but I think they still get a few guys hanging out there on a Saturday afternoon. Repro magic is another good shop accross the river in Battersea.

Wow this brings back memories, I used to go to these shops when Iwas younger and I would end up carrying loads of boxes back on the train.

I always got lost on the underground looking for Davenports it's on the concourse(sp) and I always found Geoff Maltby from Repro magic (Queenstown Road) very helpful, good luck.

I thought Repro Magic had closed now. I thought they were mail order only based in Loncoln somewhere?

Check out their website.
