It seems that there is no rest for me with all these numbers. Very well. I shall do two more later. The last one was 64 and I feel guilty that I haven't done anything for my fan, Bobbycat. I shall therefore do 135 as well.

No need - the point is well made. However I do feel it has reached a logical conclusion and anyone buying the book will be able to tell us more in due course.
