So here are the final 5 effects that I've narrowed down to. Now it's up to you ( unless of course I don't like the result, in which case I reserve the right to ignore you and make my own mind up! )

I voted spongeball...simply coz I dig the sponge...seriously I love the effects and it's right there to lead into more of the same...

If i was you i would just get out there and perform the effects above that you feel most comfortable with and what ever one gets the best reactions, use. I voted for the sponge routine as they're quick, direct and visual but it depends on what kind of sponge ball routine your going to perform?

Personaly i would have the spongeball routine abit later on just because i dont see it as an opener as much as other things. I voted for the deck production as this leads PERFECTLY on to other things, but, as said befor me, its entirley your choise.

I agree with the post above me;

Flash Deck production is a great opener and would lead perfectly into another routine or two with the cards.

My 'other' vote would have gone for 'Flash Money' (if this is the same as David Stone Vol 1 where you produce the money) as again you've got the note there to move nicely into another effect with the bill.

I like 'flash' stuff for an opening effect as it is high impact and will grab people's attention if used correctly, and these two effects allow you to move perfectly into another routine.

I second Jammyx.
It's visual, sets you up as a 'proper' magican and opens up the rest of the routine to go in any direction you like.
