Nice work, but shouldn't the credit go to Fred Kaps? I know Patrick Page's Easy Money is credited as "the one that started it all", but I thought Kaps originated the effect.

Aside from the crediting - it's a great effect, nicely done.

well i got the trick, being told the effect 'easy money' was created by patrick page, and this new handling was by tom isaacson... anyway, thanks for the comments i really appreciate it, the change is harder to do, paper to money, as it is easier to flash, so i had to make a bit more of a sudden movement, but in person, when a layman is not expecting it, i do the change a little smoother, but thanks, i practiced a lot, and i love doing this effect... :D

Your practice shows - the effect is very nice.

It's possible the Kaps method is different - I was really just asking, since I know of the Kaps version, but not Patrick Page's effect.

yeh man, patrick page was the creator of this gimmick, which is used in a lot of the newer bill switches, including this one.

and thanks for the comment, i put a lot of effort into this, and it can only get better :) its also nice to have something thats not a card trick for once... :P

At one point, in all the videos I've seen of this effect, it seems to be obvious where a secret move is being done. That could just be the magician in me but I'm not sure.
Anyone else know what I mean?

i understand what you mean, but to laymen, its a very innocent move, just as if your turning the bills over, its a loss less fidgety than other bill switches out there, but i understand you... oh and thanks nikyas for the comment glad you liked it :D

I figured laymen wouldn't see it. It was just nagging at the back of my mind.

yeh, when done smoothly though, no laymen would see it...

take KAOS for example, to a magician its painstakingly obvious, but to laymen, its a killer..
