PK Micro5 more uses?

Postby uncle billy » Jul 5th, '04, 21:15

I wanna use one of these babies strapped to my arm - doing strolling magic say at a restaurant.

I've dabbled with the balancing match / feather / pin / stamp. I've flipped a coin (which is fab, but it's metal which starts suspicions). I don't really want to stop someone's watch - for fear they might gimme a punch.

I'm WOWED by the strength of the thing and its potential. My coat 'stuck' to the car last week!

Anyone got any corking ideas what else I can do with it in a strolling situation?

I bought some tiny similar 'things' at Blackpool, ready to shim or gimmick items. Just not had the eureka moment yet.

Any help most welcome and appreciated

Some of the ideas I have had (not all road tested yet!) are matchbox cars/marbles/stuffed Aardvarks finding selected cards or even a mental effect, I dentifying the envelope the money/whatever has been placed in from an increasing number of envelopes.

It has many uses as a mental utility rather than the more obvious pk stuff.

Nick is absolutely right when he says 'Think out of the box'

The idea of using this item as a divination tool rather than a PK tool will open up a whole new world to you.

Did you also know that many watches can be stopped by bringing them into proximity of the item? (Apparently, so can pacemakers—so be a bit careful ;))

The limits to the use of these are pretty much down to how creative you can be.

Yes, but I wouldn't. Any more.
Stopping: easy. Re-starting: not 100% guaranteed.

Well, depends how close you get, I would imagine.

:)

I've not experienced that one, to be honest.

Whilst demonstrating these items (have you ever tried to separate one from a stack of 6 of the things? Damned tricky) I have on occasion caused the stopwatch on my Seiko Chronometer to jump forward by a couple of minutes, requiring it to be recalibrated, but as yet the watch hasn't actually been stopped. Wind up type watches might be more susceptible to this however. Think of the way the cling ring effect works; the rings become attched and stay together even whne moved away from the Aardvark, they only lose their magic when tapped together. The same applies for stopping watches but it is harder to tap the workings together to restart them.

I was flipping coins under a glass today that looks cool. also placed a needle in a feke spider had loads of fun with that.

Bra clips indeed. Just think of the fun you could have if they are wearing a nipple ring...

I tell you what... let's not go down the 'piercings' route - I know a guy and, come to think of it, a couple girls who this could be very VERY dangerous (or fortunate, I suppose) for.

True - but just think what an amazing levitating effect you could do if any, or all, of them volunteered.

You'd just wave the ol' magic hands over the, er, appropriate parts and up they'd rise. You'd make a fortune and both the Davids (Blaine and Copperfield) would be knocking on your door with wads of cash wanting the inside knowledge!
