My Royal Flush video

Postby queen of clubs » Apr 15th, '08, 19:10

The camera was set up at a bit of a weird angle so I'm all up at the top of the screen instead of in the middle, but you get the basic idea.

I use some concepts I learned from Oz Pearlman and Bill Malone to deal myself a royal flush in spades in a game with four players. I was alone, however, so I was unable to extract monies from the three other gamblers.

A few weeks ago I'd have been mighty impressed by this but now my newbie magic brain is just sore thinking about it - god damn you woman.

A roundabout way of saying - very nice.

Very nice! And as you know I am often critical. Not sure I worked out all the moves on the first view but who cares. Only thing I did not like was the little ring on your finger that looked like an engagement ring ;-)

Anyway nice demonstration of skill (which is exactly what this type of effect is a demonstration of).

Magic is slight of mind!

There's a ridiculous but true explanation for that. The background music on the clip is a song that is apparently owned by a company affiliated with Scientology, and rather than have the video removed, they've got a deal with YouTube where any video that includes audio they own the copyright to is allowed to remain on the site but must have said stonking great advert placed prominently.

I don't think it's a problem - if anyone's crazy enough to click on the advert then more fool them!

No, I've not heard of it. Thanks for the tip off - I'll investigate :)

Very good handling indeed!

Im pretty much amazed because i do not enjoy poker routines in general.

But i really liked your, mostly because it was direct to the point , no extra fantasy but every moves rehearsed and logicals. I got exactly what i clicked for, the music choice was also excelent and got me in.
