Graham Norton Last Night

Postby Sophie » May 2nd, '08, 09:29

I always watch Naughty Norton as he's known in our home...but OMG what happened last night on his show with Robert Wagner And Stefanie Powers?? It was very boring  with lots of silent moments, where you thought "Im going to turn this off now".
It was really embarrassing and quite squirmy viewing.
I think the guests were terrible...last week with Martin Sheen was much better as he really seemed to have fun and want to join in.

Ms Powers has an awful rep for being 'stiffy' and unfriendly so i am not shocked. I missed it as i hated those two people when i was a kid.

Robert Wagner has a reputation for being a bit thick.

I dont know them...but have seen the odd times theyve been on tv recently. They just didnt fit in with the show. It was a shame really because on the whole I think Grahams show is a real" feel good "one...I just went to sleep!

I don't think anything could make The Graham Norton show worse than it is.

He is totally unfunny - a c*** (not the best) comedian - c*** (not the best) talk show host - just c*** (not the best) basically.

Abraxus has it spot on!

Flaky People

Postby tommysan » May 5th, '08, 10:45

Those Hart-to-Hart people are such phony flakes... they epitomize all the tackiness of the 70's. What is most disturbing about this Graham Norton episode are the fanatics who are so absorbed in such cack and obsessed by these hideously fake actors. What is it about so many American actors that makes them so plastic and unreal... like Barbie dolls with nothing interesting to say, not at all clever... they just exude artificiality. This was the worst Graham Norton ever due to these stilted personalities and the pathetic "fan"atics... thoroughly embarrassing for the viewer just to watch.
