Mmm, lovely net mentalism

Postby queen of clubs » May 7th, '08, 01:30

I just had to share this.

I have a journalist friend in New York who is a bit of a cynic. We were chatting about my videos while he was watching a baseball game, so I tried this for the first time...

Remember the shape of a baseball field... and the number of dots I was leaving between each command ;)

I love when stuff like that happens, and it's good that your reputation with your friend is the first thing that comes to mind when you want to try something is will it hurt or get them arrested. :D

Barton: Have you read the Bible, Pete?
Pete: Holy Bible?
Barton: Yeah.
Pete: Yeah, I think so. Anyway, I've heard about it.

Very impressive! Is the jordan flag on your picture any way of influencing him?

That's not the flag of Jordan, but we'd best not get into that here. ;)

it looks like an arab revolt flag from WW1?!

anyway - psychologically speaking, 3 is often thought of when given a choice between 1 and 10, and is often used within certain circles (that was another one) as something to discount when trying to verbally force other numbers...

it was good that he was watching baseball at the same time...

and theres me thinking you were only interested in cards! i said it before queenie - you're a closet mentalist....you mark my words, within a year you'll be one...

in fact - i'll seal that prediction down in an envelope and post it to a 3rd party for safe keeping...

Queenie just does cards.
Queenie loves Derren Brown.
Derren Brown used to be quite the card magician.
Derren Brown now does mentalism kinda stuff thats not quite mentalism but really kinda is.
Therefore, Queenie will turn to mentalism.

I thought the flag was Palestine. But I'm probably wrong.

You're a mentalist, so you must already know you're right.

MickeyScouse and abraxus... I dunno about that. I may lean towards mentalism, but I will never leave cards. All my mentalism will revolve around playing cards... My beautiful pasteboard friends!

To make myself appear less of a thick person to the less travellecd, the Jordanian and Palistinian flags are identical except for the 7 pronged star, visible on the leftt of the Jordanian flag, which looks a lot like dust on a computer screen!!(I think!)Or ou could simply be making a stand about nationalism, I dont know?! :P
