How can I contact Prudhoe Magic?

Postby Replicant » May 8th, '08, 20:09

I've tried emailing them but for some reason their email address does not seem to be working and my messages have been returned. The only contact details they have listed on their website is an email address. Does anyone know their phone number? If not, I'll just have to hope they read this thread. :?

The company seems to be an eBay store, the company that hosts their web site is http://www.frooition.com/ebay.php

The owner is Mark Mckay and the web site is based in Massachusetts, thats all the information I can find.

It all seems a bit fishy to me

I've ordered from Prudhoe several times. Start fishing around there and muttering something about bad feedback and I'm sure they'll start paying attention - I for one have never had a problem with them so there's hope :)

I re-sent my email and have not received an error message yet, so fingers crossed they have got it.

Contact them via their ebay shop using ebays message service, then you know they are getting them.

Thanks, Darren. I've had no luck on the email front so have contacted them through eBay now.

I contacted them via eBay and got a response from Mark pretty much straight away. They are having trouble with their ISP and did not receive any of my emails; I suspected that may have been the problem. Anyway, problem solved.

PayPal, here I come (again...)
