apparently it will be fixed on wednesday. one month after it was supposed to start. they better not have billed me for it. and who do i see about claiming one month of xbox live back!?

Two hours on the phone asking about why my PS3 and Xbox 360 wouldn't connect to the world wide web of gaming, after going through every imaginable option they could think of, I hung up, manually changed the channal and within an instant, it was fine

Such a shame to see promising young people wasting their time with Xboxes....

When I moved house a year ago it took 3 months to get the phone line, which existed and was in perfect nick, switched on. At one point the three of us were sitting there every night each calling from our mobiles desperately trying to get through, never with any joy. BT are absolutely rat poo and simply wouldn't exist if they didn't own the country's infrastructure, sorry Mark no personal offence intended but they shine out as a beacon of rubbishness for me.

I've been billed for broadband this month that BT havn't been providing! nice! that's another hour or so on the phone tonight I imagine.

hopefully my net should be working tomorrow, but now my bloody xbox has suffered the red lights of death, gah!!
