Wizard PK Ring quick questions

Postby rattlestar » May 12th, '08, 10:19

Sorry im not sure if this is the approriate section..

Based on most of the tricks, which finger would you mainly wear the ring on?

Also how quick is the shipping on the main site?

Thanks

Most folks seem to wear them as a Wedding Ring so third finger left hand is the one. I have a signet ring on that finger so I mainly wear PK on third finger right hand. I also have one which fits the little finger on that hand which is a nice change.

As for shipping, last time I visited their shop Worldmagic had a mountain of these things in various styles and sizes so it's just the time taken to receive orders, process credit card info, pack and ship the jiffy bag out of the door! E-mail Costas there for the latest stock situation.

Normally a wedding finger but right hand. I occasionally perform an effect which is a sort of 'which hand is something in' where I need a thinner finger but there's not much difference really, not a ring size difference anyway.

I wear mine on the wedding ring finger - third finger on left hand. Trouble is I am not married and my friends and work colleagues are always asking what is the ring for which can be a bit of a pain.

I actually just bought the Generation 2.

Im sort of regreting it, I wish I had gotten Gen. 1. I feel the gen 2. is more feminine with the curves, and plus I am not married and it resembles a wedding band.

What you guys think?

I stopped wearing mine as it attracted attention (My mates know that I dont like jewelery) and my wee cousin picked up on it (She thought the ring had magic powers :) )
If its large enough your could try it on your thumb as well!

People I know who have it wear it on the third finger of the right finger, or on the middle finger. I think wearing it on the wedding finger when people know you're not married is asking for trouble!

I weart mine on the middle finger of either hand, depending on waht i am using it for.... mostly because I bought a size too big by mistake, thats the finger it fits and I am too tight to buy another one!

I think Farlsborough is right about wearing it on the left hand when not married - can raise questions.

I wear it on the left hand as I feel more comfortable when performing a few effects.

I told my mates that it contained "rare earth metals and minerals to promote well-being" and wore it for several weeks before showing them a couple of effects so they didn't think the ring played a part.

The other down side is that I got talking to a girl in the bar a couple of weeks ago and her mate went "Don't bother with him, he's married!!" S*d's law!!!!

If you're performing to strangers, they wouldn't know if you're married or not. However, wearing the ring on the 'wedding finger' might spoil your chances of erotic activities with someone after the show but, hey, that's life :D !
