I might be being extremely dumb but on peoples profile they have the following:

eg: Location: UK (30:AH)

what does the (30:AH) stand for? Im guessing the number is age but what is the AH?

Your guess about age is correct, AD=Amateur Hobbyist.

There's a list of these abbreviations in the welcome stickies - just an indication which helps to show the sort of level of experience and avoid our responding to an experienced magish the same way as a total novice  !

Now I'm no expert on the English language (being a little welshie first, English speaker second, but I have the A* GCSE so who cares??!) but I'm sure that that phrase seems slightly wrong Mandrake my friend....

Worse case of dyslexia I've ever seen!

Mandrake is very dyslexic you know. He went to a help group about it. Everyone had to introduce themselves to teh group, so Mandrake, says

"Hi, I'm Mandrake, and I am a comedian"

The guy next to him paused for a bit then said, "Well go on then. Change colour"

(I know. I'll get my hat)

it may be God-awful but it's true!

He first discovered his dyslexia when he went to a toga party dressed as a goat!
Then there was the Elvis night at the local drinking establishment, to which he and his friends went dressed as elves...

Any why do they make dyslexia so hard to spell?

Sorry, couldn't be helped!

All you mere mortals taking the pi, er a dig at Mandrake need to know that I sold my soul to Santa - so watch it  !

(AD now where the smeg did that come from? I don't think drinking that bottle of Italian Red made any difference, probably the next one or the one after that...hic burp snore....)

At least he wasn't financially embarassed as a result, unlike the poor dyslexic pimp. He bought a warehouse.

Then there was the dyslexic agnostic - he laid awake all night wondering if there really was a dog!

That'd be the dyslexic agnostic insomniac then?

I knew a dyslexic dwarf once, we used to joke about it, but now that I look back i know it wasn't big and it wasn't clever.
