I have been taking advantage of the 118.com website, and there free trial of the "Ask Any Question" service!

How does this system work?

"We use a mix of brainpower, a hint of ingenuity then we mix it with the internet, this makes a delicious explosion of unmatched responses everytime!

How can I become a 118 nerd?

"To be able to work for 118, please call our recruitment hotline in Plymouth on 08009047234"

Mirror Mirror On The Wall, Who is the greatest of them all?

"There is currently no mirror to anwser your question, several intelligent people with the internet as a source tool, maybe able to help however."

The questions then went downhill towards the childish side!

I also like in their terms and conditions where it says

"We are not responsable for Death or serious injurydue to negligence"

Go on...give it a try :D

I actually enquired about working for Ask Any Question!

I also have asked them a question of which it answered incorrectly.

I asked them what is the highest "round figure" number record, they replied there isn't one as it will always be..... and 1

But the question was about the round figure.

The answer is Zintillion.

1) How many grains of sand are there in the world?

There are too many grains of sand in the world that it's such a feat to count it, if it were even possible.

I thought that was a bit of a cop out, considering I asked the same question to another one of these Q&A services and actually got an answer. Don't ask me what it was because I can't remember. Image

2) What makes a good magician?

A magician who is able to connect on an emotional level with the spectators is a true magician.

Can Derren Brown really read minds?

It is a decision for you to make if you want to believe in Derren Brown's mind-reading skills as we cannot read his mind.
